1) To get 6 free Soda Pops, which heal up to 60 HP, go to the house on the beach and battle all 3 Trainers. Talk to the man in the back after defeating the Trainers to get the Soda Pops.
2) Go to the large building and go to the balding man. His name is Dock and he is the assistant boss. He'll tell you the Captain, Stern, went of somewhere to do some work. Where could he be?
3) If you tried to get into the building behind where you just where, or at least saw it, it should be all clear now. Talk to the Magma/Aqua Grunt nearest the door. This one is the one you beat in Rusturf Tunnel! He'll hand over TM46(Thief) and run out. Take care of the other Grunts and then head upstairs to try to deliver the Goods. As you do, 2 Magma/Aqua Grunts ambush you to try to take the Goods. Defend the Goods and Captain Stern and, after you destroy the 2 Grunts, the Leader (Ruby, Maxie Sapphire, Archie) comes in and talks to you. Then, Team Magma/Aqua should depart. Now you can safely deliver the Goods.
